The Elm St. house is entirely hand crafted using wood, clay and scrap pieces. Painted with acrylics and finished with a protective sealant.
Entire house lights up, as well as front door with two different colours:
Top floor - yellow
Main floor & front - cool white
Light switch is neatly tucked in back of base. Batteries are included.
House also features a “Elm St.” sign secured on front lawn + real “curtains”.
